Registered Warranty is offered for the original purchasing customer of an LXR, when it is registered online within 90 days from the date it is received. Registered LXR models abiding by the general General Warranty clause gains a lifetime warranty for the replacement of parts if needed.
Registered LXR™ models receive Lifetime Owner's Warranty for any part that may become defective throughout regular use without incident of misuse, abuse and subsequent damage. This only applies to OEM parts, thus excluding 3rd party items like the MP3/Radio Player and DVD Monitor. Any non-working part must be sent to the manufacturing facility to be tested and evaluated. Any non-working part will either be repaired or replaced upon the determined outcome of its cause. If the part naturally became defective, the company will replace the actual part at no cost. The cost of shipping to the facility is not covered by the policy.
If the part is determined to be damaged, it cannot be covered at no cost for repair or replacement. However, the Registered Status of the LXR ensures the original customer a wholesale cost of OEM items if any listed part is damaged throughout the course of ownership. (This excludes 3rd party items like the MP3/Radio Player and DVD Monitor as they are not OEM parts to the LXR).
This extended ownership warranty policy prevents any large sums of investment to repair or replace parts to keep the LXR in full working condition. This also ensures the highest ownership experience if any technical support is needed.
