U.S. Far Infrared Sauna, Inc., hereinafter called the Company, warrants to the original purchaser, hereinafter called the Customer, the product to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use. If any such defects should be found in this product during the general warranty clause of 3 years. The Company agrees to repair, and/or replace, the products specified herein.
The warranty period shall begin from the date of the original Customer's LXR received date. All parts are made to be accessible by the Customer, whereas instructions for removing and replacing parts will be provided by the Company. All replacements must be performed after the Customer has called and received directions from the Company.
The warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to mis-alteration, misuse, or abuse:
1. includes operation or maintenance in deviation to the published instructions;
2. any modification or repair by any other directions than those provided by authorized personnel;
3. damage due to power surges or connection to an incorrect electrical line voltage;
4. cosmetic damage on any surface caused by normal wear and tear;
5. damaged caused by moving the unit(s).
The warranty also does not cover products that have been sold through non-authorized distribution channels (e.g., person-to-person online auctions, garage sales, estate sale, flea markets, etc.) The warranty is void if the serial number is altered or missing, or if parts have been altered and/or removed without the consent of authorized personnel.
The warranty does not cover costs to mail parts to and from the Company. Please save the receipt of the postage to ship part(s). The Company will ask for a payment of the same amount to mail back the repaired, or replaced part(s). Any special handling or rushed delivery of the part(s) will be charged to the Customer prior to mailing back the repair, or replacement.
The Company shall not be liable for loss of use, or other incidental and consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall the Company or any of its representatives be held liable for injury to any persons or damage to any property. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
All parts under (non-registered) general warranty will be effective for a period of 3 years from the date of manufacturing. Please register your LXR for free within 90 days of receiving obtain a registered warranty status for a life-time warranty. This general warranty policy protects the Company from damages to products that may occur through its mishandling by secondary owners.
